Description: The purpose of the Sunquest Report Manager project is to give Sunquest client more choice for Customizing reports for their clients. One of the important aspects of the project is to allow both lab and copath results to print on the same report from Sunquest lab system. Currently when the HIS sends an order to copath, the order is forwarded to copath and does not file into Sunquest lab. In order to accomplish this there is some HMA maintenance in Sunquest lab which indicates what order codes sent by the HIS are to be sent to copath also the same order code is filed in Sunquest lab. After resulted from copath, the results are sending to HIS and Sunquest lab via SRM using Application Interfacing. Application Interfacing: The Application Interfacing (AI) department is the department that makes possible automatic transfer of clinical information from lab to other application and vice versa. The purpose of the AI is enabling the sharing of needed information between Sunquest lab and other application.
