Introduction
Hepatitis B is a liver disease. Hepatitis means inflammation of the liver. Inflammation is the painful, red swelling that result when tissues of the body become injured or infected. Inflammation can cause organs to not work properly. Hepatitis B usually has no symptoms. But sometimes people may be seen with yellowish eyes and skin, called jaundice, swollen stomach or ankles, upset stomach, fever, diarrhea, dark yellow urine, etc. Several vaccines have been developed for the prevention of hepatitis B virus infection. The vaccine was originally prepared from plasma obtained from people who had long-standing hepatitis B virus infection. However, currently, it is made using a synthetic recombinant DNA technology that does not contain blood products. One cannot be infected with hepatitis B from this vaccine. Anyone can get hepatitis B, but some people are at higher risk, including people who were born to a mother with hepatitis B, people on hemodialysis, people with potential STD, injection drug users, etc. however you cannot get hepatitis B from just shaking hands with an infected person or hugging and sitting next to an infected person. Hepatitis B is diagnosed through blood tests, which can also show if you have chronic hepatitis B or another type of hepatitis. Doctors can suggest on getting a liver biopsy if chronic hepatitis B is suspected. A liver biopsy is a test for liver damage where the doctor uses a needle to remove a tiny piece of liver, which is then looked at with a microscope. But regardless everything we can still avoid or take the precautionary measures to avoid the threats of Hepatitis B by getting the hepatitis B vaccine. Vaccines are medicines that keep you from getting sick. Vaccines teach your

body to attack specific germs. The hepatitis B vaccine teaches your body to attack the hepatitis B virus. Adults at higher risk of getting hepatitis B and all children should get the vaccine. There is no minimum age for vaccination. The hepatitis B vaccine is safe for pregnant women. One shot may provide the minimum protection against the virus.

Goal of the Project:

To provide vaccination for every potential and interested person from Dhaka City, within 2 months of time. The population includes all income and age groups. For this proper pricing structure has to be formulated and distribution channels has to be properly planned so that all walks of life can be included in the project.

Broad Objective:
To provide vaccination for hepatitis B for everyone in Dhaka city in a reasonably condition.

Specific Objective:
1. To create an awareness among everyone of the harmfulness of Hepatitis B 2. To provide vaccination for Hepatitis B at a lower cost 3. To educate people of the threats of Hepatitis B

Methodology:
Convey a primary data collection on how many people require vaccination. Set up checkup points in different time at different location in contrast to the area. The report is based on secondary data collection method.

Scope:
To build Hepatitis B frees Bangladesh. To ensure a better standard of living for the people of Dhaka city To educate people of the threats of Hepatitis B

Limitations:
Faced difficulties to gather people with potential Hepatitis threat. Trying to reaching everyone from Dhaka city is a bit tough. Some people do not have the minimum educational about the threats of Hepatitis B Sufficient data were not available. Time was limited for everyone.

Budget:
A tentative cost is illustrated by calculating the available market price of the accessories needed for the procedure: Equipments and Medicine cost for 1 person is approximately 60tk, including the vaccine, syringe, and other medical supplies, plus the miscellaneous average overhead cost. The budget for the project goes as the following: Name

Why select this project.

Hepatitis B virus is encountered sporadically the year round in Bangladesh. It results in a wide range of liver diseases, with asymptomatic acute hepatitis at one end to hepatocellular carcinoma at the other end of the spectrum. Experts said around eight percent of Bangladesh's total population are infected with the hepatitis B virus, Suffering from hepatitis B for a long time increases the risk of liver cirrhosis, liver cancer and liver failure, but the issue is still neglected. Three thousand six hundred and ten patients with acute hepatitis in two large hospitals in Dhaka city were tested for HBsAg. Besides, 780 commercial blood donors, 126 doctors and 576 apparently healthy persons were also tested. Passive haemagglutination technique was applied for this test. Patients with post-transfusion hepatitis and doctors with acute hepatitis showed the highest incidence, being 60% and 65.5% respectively. HBsAg was detected only in 15.4% of children and 27.2% of adult patients with acute hepatitis. Bangladesh. Perinatal transmission mode is relatively low. The low transmissibility of surface antigen to infants reported contrasts with the published reports from other developing countries. So it has been a burning topic and steps should be taken to bring these numbers down. It is the governments prime job to ensure a better living standard for his nation and this starts here by giving the minimum protection of a life threatening disease such as hepatitis B. thats why we are taking this project in our hand to ensure the minimum protection from Hepatitis B by giving the primary vaccine i.e. the first dose.

1. Selecting Location

The area would be selected by the basis of postal codes of Dhaka city. 24 check-up points would be created. And every 5 days 4 check-up points would open for operation. And after 5 days another 4 check-up points would open.

Dhaka City is selected to initialize this project

2. Recruitment

conducted. Invite all the interested people who want to get vaccination.

4. Gathering People

TVC >> NEWSPAPER >> LOCAL POSTERS & LIFLETS >> PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

Selecting Location: To start a project we must first select the location on

which the project is going to take place, so for our project we have selected the areas of Dhaka city on the basis of their area code and has came to a point of selecting 24 areas where the vaccination program would be conducted. Those 24 areas would be divided into groups of 4 to form six regional segments. Every 5 days 1 REGION would be functional and after that that region will close down and another region is going to start its operation.

Recruitment: Every check-up points is going to need 2 Nurses, 2 staffs and

4 volunteers. The Nurses and staffs would be recruited from government hospitals and medical college. The volunteers will be gathers by sending an invitation to the school & college students via social networking sites where the interested people can RSPV and will be later gathered for training and other purposes.

Construction: Check-up points will be built over the open spaces in each
area so that huge amount of people can be accumulated and thus has to take the permission and fill up legal documents. Medical supplies would be purchased at a lower cost from government medical suppliers and other utilities like syringe, cotton, spirit and band-aid would be bought over huge quantity from the wholesalers for a price reduction. The decorations are going to include the banners and flags of the project with Ministry of Health and Family Welfare logo on it.

Gathering People: All the people will be informed via TVC and newspaper.
Local leaflets and posters would also be printed and pasted all over Dhaka city in the last 3 days so that maximum coverage is received.

As the Project has been planned to run for 60 days, we have divided those days in two broad category; i. Pre-Operational, ii. Operational. In preoperational mode the gathering, selecting, recruiting and other activities that is going to aid the operation such as promotion and spreading the awareness of the project is going to take place. In the operational mode the 24 areas which has been selected by the basis of area code in Dhaka city is going to be grouped in packs of 4 to form 6 regional segments to be operated along the way. The first four check-up points or REGION A is going to start on the 31st day and continue up to 35th day and in the 36th day REGION B is going to start operation as REGION A ends there. So every 5 days 4 check-up points will be functional and will close down after 5 days so that another 4 check-up points (REGION) can get started.

Conclusion
Every year thousands of people from Bangladesh are dying because of Hepatitis B virus. So its our primary goal to provide vaccine to all those interested people who we could get in our reach and aid them in their most affordable rate. Because we know many people in our country is not even capable of acquiring their daily food, so how can they immune themselves from a deadly virus without the help from other people. And since they dont have anyone else look after them, its our governments job to keep an eye over them and provide them with their basic necessity
