You can obtain the hole and node positions for any key by scaling the measurements 
below. For example if you want to make an Ab ney multiply all hole/node lengths 
from the A ney by length(Ab)/length(A). Keep in mind the lengths can vary by about 1 
cm depending on the inside structure. Narrower nodes give a lower pitch.
