Abstract The Purpose of this paper is to analyze an E-Commerce website called COBONE (http://www.cobone.com) and to distinguish the advantages and disadvantages of this company, this paper contributes to several areas of web usage analysis for an E-commerce website, and firstly we present the analysis requirements. Second analyzing the effectiveness of various business efforts in online stores such as marketing, merchandising, and site design. Third, we describe data management architecture for e-commerce data analysis. To improve the companys web site performance, we find out its website objectives, and then based on these objectives, make a deep research in the aspects of its MARKETING STRATEGY, WEB PRESENCE, TECHNOLOGY, and INTERNATIONAL and LEGAL & ETHICAL ISSUES, etc. Finally, from the website consultant point of view, we make a SWOT analysis and recommendations accordingly.

2. Preparation of Development Plan: Group shall prepare a development plan for the Website and every member should submit his\her work in time and before the deadline of every step. 3. Meeting coordinates: Group members should be accurate and committed to the work in the group and committed to the group meetings set up with project Coordinator Ahmed Sherif. 4. Leadership policy: Ahmed Khattab is the Leader of the project and group agreed about him, and after while if they want to swap places group members must agree about changing him. 5. Meetings of the groups is very important which all members must be aware of what happening so Attendance is very important and will be counted after 2 times of absence from meeting there will be warning and after more 2 the team will take action. Participation is very important rule which prove that member is aware with their tasks and work. Lateness on meetings unacceptable at all under any circumstances, if any of those rules. If any of the above points had happen the team leader and members have the right to kick out the member because of their laziness. 6. Medium of communication: Team Members Communication is through meetings and Formal Emails no tasks will be given through Phones, any communication will be throw formal E-mail and the Team leader will be in CC in any mail between members. 7. Group will work on procedures and certain treatment with mutual respect between members, and fairness between members of decision taken towards member in case of penalties. 8.
