People nowadays especially the teen ones are confused and curious when the topic is all about

the RH bill or the Reproductive Health Bill. This bill wants to aim the control of population growth in terms of using different kinds of methods that will prevent the women to get pregnant after their sexual intercourse. This bill became controversial as the Catholic Church was against it also as much as the concerned citizens. They are also against the procurement and distribution of family planning supplies most commonly condoms and pills. They also concluded that once these pills were taken by a woman, there is a possible outcome that side effects would take place. Common intake of these pills will not only affect the health of the woman but also to the child inside its womb. These effects have been presumed to render the endometrium relatively inhospitable to implantation or to the maintenance of the pre-embryo or embryo prior to clinically recognized pregnancy. In other words, these pills are used for abortion. The Church said that once you kill the baby inside the womb of its mother, there is also a possibility that you are killing the life God gave to you and your partner. The Catholic Church recommends the people to use the Calendar Method or rhythmic method to avoid unexpected pregnancy instead of using methods that can be dangerous to you. This was not the purpose of the government, to kill young lives. The only matter of the government is to lessen and to control the increasing population growth to prevent poverty. In our countrys case, we need to apply an action upon these problems for the development also of the country. This bill only gives equal importance to natural and artificial methods of family planning. The natural methods where pertained in terms of the parents educating their children for dos and donts especially that they are entering the puberty stage while the artificial ones were described by using pills, condoms and other dangerous methods. The cons or antis of this bill thought that adolescents can have easier access on these contraceptives. They will become more curious about these things. Most couples will also be engaged into pre-marital sex once they have considered that the contraceptives given by the government are safe and effective. Somehow, the pros or that who wants the RH bill proposes that contraceptives will help to lessen the rapid increase of the population. Because of these contraceptives, unwanted pregnancies were being avoided. Also, it will give the adolescents or teenagers an idea in terms of reproduction. They will be more informed on the possible outcomes and the disadvantages ones you dont entertain the advertisements being advertised by the government. Some people have thought that this RH bill has good and bad effects not only in human health but also for the progress of the country but this doesnt mean that we, Filipinos, will only depend on contraceptives. We should be aware and should think first before we act to avoid in implicating other lives especially the young ones.
