Proposed Project: Replace bridges that cross Trinity River on I-30 and I-35E as well as the connecting roadways where they converge near downtown Dallas Central Business District. Upgrade outdated roadway geometry, improving safety, and increasing capacity and mobility. POST SELECTION
The A Team Project team - Dallas District hired Duane Milligan, P.E. as project manager at the Area Engineer level for turnkey project management. A team has been selected consisting of engineers experienced in the oversight of complex design and construction projects. The team is balanced with a group of young enthusiastic engineers which will serve as a legacy for TxDOTs future.
