SKILLS:

Preparation o f Trail balance. Bank Dealing Reconciliation of bank account and other. L / C dealing. Coordination with finance department in Head Office, responsible for the recording, documenting, and reporting of all financial transactions; Handle petty cash and make payments upon proper authorization; Maintain inventory of expendable Items and non-expendable equipment Perform other finance/administrative duties assigned tome. Office and facilities, inventory, and vehicles management and maintaining of log books of of vehicles etc. Procurement of all kind of materials as required , ensuring that procurement rules and procedures are followed; Maintenance and implementation of security procedures. Recruiting and orientation of new local employees; Arrange for meetings and other logistics; Ensure IT services in coordination with IT department. Other job tasks as assigned.
