engineering company named DIRD PRIVATE LIMITED. In 1984 DIRD GROUP stepped into the garments sector with its first woven garments unit named DIRD GARMENTS LIMITED, which was one of the leading woven bottom manufacturing company at that point of time. Now Garments division completely 100% exports oriented company. It has more than 1200 employees. DIRD GROUP has today diversified into different textile sub-sectors of the country. Dird Group implemented Low Cost Operations: Dird Group Management follows Low cost operation policy to execute its operations. The company is properly structured and divided into different departments and its sub sections. Its departments are under respective persons and supervised it. Respected authorize divided task into different level and job responsibilities also assign to different personnel. So every assignment executed properly and reaches towards goals. On RMG section they take appropriate policy to reduce cost and wastage. Different section like Dying, Cutting, Sewing, finishing are recruited well trained and experience personnel. During cutting they applied using advanced software like Marker, Pattern and Cad Software to appropriate design for buyer ( the product)and save wastage of fabrics by placing different size of cutting pieces on the fabrics. In this way fabric consumption reduce and it very much advantages of cost save for company.

For achieving target full fill and protect buyer requisition our company use good banded machinery, and requite good and qualified operators and instruct them properly. Ultimately the get good financial compensation and benefit from the organization. Then the company also get good outcome. To reduce operational cost, maximum output from the workers is ensured. Generally the workers are divided into many lines and each of the lines is given a production target. When a line fails to achieve the target, the ultimate production will get obstructed and the shipment gets delayed. Whenever the shipment gets delayed the product has to be sent on air which also be borne by the company and it is indeed costly. So company incurs loss rather earning profits. So our company sets a production target for each line. Then whenever a particular line faces problem to achieve target then additional line or additional machine is placed in that line. Also operator from other lines who are well ahead of production will get involved with that additional line. Thus the production target is achieved and the company does not need to bear additional cost. Different places we are using automated systems which bring cost minimizations and fastest output. As DIRD GROUP using automated fabric cutting machine. We using sub contractual vendor company to meet the urgent and huge production demand. During sub contact work policy we reduce our cost.
