During cutting they applied using advanced software like Marker, Pattern and Cad Software to appropriate design for buyer ( the product)and save wastage of fabrics by placing different size of cutting pieces on the fabrics. For achieving target full fill and protect buyer requisition our company use good banded machinery, and requite good and qualified operators and instruct them properly. Ultimately the get good financial compensation and benefit from the organization. Then the company also get good outcome. To reduce operational cost, maximum output from the workers is ensured. Generally the workers are divided into many lines and each of the lines is given a production target. When a line fails to achieve the target, the ultimate production will get obstructed and the shipment gets delayed.
