The Gelatt Family - serving in Kansas City w/ FAMILYLIFE!

What the cross of Christ offers is fresh starts and new beginnings. Paul David Tripp Micah and Johanna Gelatt. Thats who we are. Homebuilders. Thats what we do. Not homes made of bricks and mortar but spiritual homes. That is the goal of ALL that we do as a missionary team. Last weekend (March 16-18) 242 husbands and wives attended our rst Kansas City marriage retreat. Our team was able to build into the spiritual lives of 242 people!! We saw so many couples rekindle their romance, recommit their lives to God and to their families, and pledge to reorganize their priorities. Most importantly, these couples were given the teaching and tools to continue building their homes. To top off the wonderful weekend, 9 people came to Christ, and now know Him as their Savior and Lord. Imagine the legacy these families will now leave as they focus on building up their spiritual homes!

Sweet Abigail turned three. She is a ball of energy and mischief. She keeps us continually on our toes. Just when you think you have this parenting thing a tiny bit gured out, God throws a curve ball. We are so thankful for her love of life and joyful spirit.

Ethan turned seven the rst part of March. He is such an enjoyable child with his love of learning and quick mind. He is constantly coming up with some new creation. What a blessing it is to be his parents.

Life on the farm has been really exciting! Spring is here and it is early. Flowers are blooming, the garden is sprouting, the grass is growing and animals are being born. We have 2 new baby goats, Gidget and Gizmo. They are adorable and a new favorite with the kids.
