DESIGN :

Graphical design concepts will be produced and presented via soft or hard copy, as mutually agreed upon. Content will be produced and presented to you. This step requires your approval.

We will update a detailed design document (commonly referred to as a 'punch list') and deliver this directly to you. This step requires your approval. Two (2) master revisions to the prototype designs will be accepted prior to the technical development phase of the new web site. This step requires your approval.

5.3.

DEVELOPMENT :

Interface designs will be created in a staging area on our development and test server at http://www.eicra.info You will be provided with exclusive access, made available online, at http://demo.eicra.net/yoursite. Live posting of your new prototype will enable you to view a fully functional prototype in a secure environment. Final, approved content will be incorporated into the web site. All key features will be reviewed with you. This step requires your approval.

5.4.

DEPLOYMENT
Complete user testing and integration of all deliverables. Deliver the native and optimized interface files via hard copy (CD) to you for your files. Move all web operations into our support phase. This step requires your approval. Our 30-day post launch warranty phase begins immediately upon live posting of your site. Additional fees will apply for further services.

5.5.

USER DOCUMENTATION : You are expected to provide the initial functional document to EicraSoft.com. Our project management group will review the initial requirement document and send back to you if any requirement needs detail explanation. The functional requirement and document will be used for development purposes only.
