Family Health Centres

The rural population is deprived of proper and easily accessible medical facilities. To fulfill this gap it proposed to establish a chain of Family Health Centres (FHCs) in various rural towns. Each FHC would comprise of requisite hospital facilities inclusive of trained doctors, treatment of indoor/ outdoor patients, quality medicines and diagnostic apparatus. The first FHC is being setup at Jalalpur in Hafizabad District.

Water Treatment Plants

On the preventive side of healthcare, one of the important aspect is the availability of safe and healthy drinking water for the masses specially those residing in rural and suburban areas. Realizing this Pharmagen Healthcare Limited has started to install Water Treatment Plants for provision of WHO standard water. These plants will be both stand alone and attached to Family Health Centres.

Biogas Plants for domestic cooking 70 % of Pakistans population resides in rural areas and village based households mainly rely on gas cylinders or wood for meeting their domestic cooking needs. These fuel sources are costly and damaging to the environment and health. Consequently the company has launched its biogas business which involves sourcing biogas plants from China for installation in village houses. The plants use animal waste for producing enough gas to satisfy the daily cooking needs of 10 persons.

Health Care Awareness Program The Companys objective is to create maximum awareness about health care in rural segments of Pakistan. For this purpose our teams conduct various health care camps/seminars in rural/sub-urban areas in association with national and multinational organizations.

How to Order Should I have a prescription to order from you? Medicines are provided as per prescribed guidelines of medical practitioners and for Narcotic and Controlled Products confirmation of prescription as per government rules is mandatory. We strongly recommend you to consult your doctor before taking a medication. You may have some diseases contra-indicated for taking certain kinds of medicines and your doctor will advise you what you can or cannot take.

How to place your Order? There are three ways to order: i. Ordering Online. ii. Order by Phone. iii. Order by fax or Email. Ordering Online If you wish to order a product from us you are to do the following: Step:1 Search your desired product 1. Products can be searched based on two criteria's: a. Search by Brand name. b. Ordering by Fax or Email You can place your order via fax or email by providing us with information such as medicines (name and quantity), your full name, your home telephone number or mobile number, shipping address. If the medicine being acquired is Controlled or Narcotic, a prescription will be required.

After an order has been placed Confirmation call from Pharmagen Pharmacy. As part of our commitment to our customers, Pharmagen Pharmacy will call and confirm every order made with us. During this confirmation call our customer care representative confirms the medications ordered, the address they are to be shipped to and any other processing details.

Payment Modes How can I pay for my order?

By cash on delivery.

Advance deposit in your nearest Punjab bank branch. By cheque on delivery for orders up to Rs. 1500. We will accept cheques up to Rs. 1500 per order only from customers who have successfully placed at least three orders with us. Visa and Master Card facility is availble for order(s) placed in Lahore only.

Discount Systems Do you have a Discount system? Yes. We provide Up to 7% discount to our customers depending upon the value of their order. However, at the time of submission of order, the user (customer) will not be able to see the discount on his/her order. For this purpose, our customer care representative will call and / or send the discount details and the net amount payable which will be reflected on the bill accompanying the delivery as well as the confirmation email.

Minimum Order Value Is there a predefined minimum order value limit? Yes there is. We have a minimum order limit of Rs 300 for all cities in Pakistan.

Packing and Sending What is your mode and time of delivery? For Shipments within Pakistan Free of cost delivery within 24 hours for deliveries in Lahore. Delivery is subject to availability of stocks. For delivery time and charges in all other cities please contact our customer care representative. For cities where we have a physical presence our resource will deliver and for all other cities a courier company will render delivery services. For International shipments We do not currently cater to international shipments. Packing For all deliveries handled by the courier, the products will be packed in a box wrapped with a packing tape containing the Pharmagen logo and a sticker also

bearing the Pharmagen logo will ensure seal of the pack. This packing will ensure privacy and will serve as a basis to reduce any risk of breakage or damage to any product. Viewing Orders How can I view orders? There are 2 options to do that: 1. Contact our support team (Contact us) and we can fax or email you your order detail. 2. You can view your order details from the web site through the "Order History" section within your personalized page. Order Cancellations and Returns Once an order is placed can I cancel it? Please, be informed that we accept order cancellations/change ONLY within half hour after order submitting. We will not cater to medicine returns in any circumstance. 20% of the total order value will be deducted if a client cancels their order after payment has been received.
