Resonators: Standing: Huh ha, huh hummmm, huh hummmmah, huh ha Start spine roll: "Huh ha"s on higher and higher pitches (about 5 or 6) Lower pitch on the way back up. End with a final huh ha

Generally done in a wave motion around circle. Pitch starts low in chest and goes all the way to high in head as you flop over at the waist. Done on a "Hey!" Do not strain or hold or tighten throat. Elevator: Either start flopped over with a bounce or roll up spine and then start a bounce (or shimmy? this is new) Start at lowest pitch and point finger at the part of your body that it resonating. Slowly go all the way up, trying your best to blend. Take as many breaths as you need. Turn around at the top and come all the way back down. Try to work through your "break" in both directions. Cap: Huh hummmmm oooooo ohhhhh ahhh. "Huh hum" and then chew a bit moving your lips around but keeping them closed. Bring your finger up to your lips.
