MEDIA RELEASE Pendleton, Indiana-(May 7, 2012)-Staff at the Pendleton Correctional Facility (PCF) conducted a ceremony on April 26th in recognition of National Crime Victims Week. In a Proclamation issued by Governor Mitchell E. Daniels Jr., the week of April 22nd through the 28th was designated as Crime Victims Week in the State of Indiana.
