Job Title Location

Executive, Human Resources Department Based in Prospect House, Multi Securities & Services Limited with occasional travel to other offices in Dhaka. The company reserves the right at any time to require to work at a different location either on a temporary or permanent basis on reasonable notice. HRM2 As a candidate I need to report directly to the Finance Director, Multi Securities & Services Limited. The role is responsible for managing a small HR team. To provide professional proactive HR advice and support to Multi Securities & Services Limited in line with company policies and legislative requirements. Plans & implements HR function and co-ordinates HR activities. Areas of responsibility include: Employee Relations; Restructuring project management and delivery; Performance Management; Management Information Reporting; Training and Development; Absence Management; HR Planning/ Administration; and guidance to line management on effective Recruitment & Selection. Reports to the Finance Director, Multi Securities & Services Limited who in turn reports to the Managing Director. The Managing Director of MSSL reports to the Chief Executive .

Main Responsibilities

Provide a quality advice service to managers on all aspects of employee relations and assist where appropriate in cases of grievance, disciplinary action, restructuring and redundancies. Provide advice and support to recruiting managers to ensure compliance with policy and legislation. Ensure a consistent and proactive approach to absence management in line with MSSL s sickness policy and legal requirement. Assist Managers in maintaining performance standards and provide advice and support in managing poor performance. Provide advice on the development and performance, review process, assess any training needs arising and source providers where necessary. Identify and address areas of risk for the company and ensure compliance with legislative requirements through evaluating risks and developing solutions. Provide legislative updates for Senior Management teams. Design and facilitate management development workshops as and when necessary.
