The Black Swan is a part of MeN-oN-Po!NTeS ballet reboot series, where the classics are told in condensed versions from a different point of view. The story follows Odile on her journey from ugly duckling to beautiful swan, and how far she will go for beauty and revenge.

DANCER SPOTLIGHT Lawrence Neuhauser

Place of Birth: St. Augustine, Florida. Tattoos: I currently have 5... would like more... I have 2 on my feet and 3 on my back. Started Dance: I started dance and gymnastics at the age of 8 in Portage, Wisconsin. Fondest Dance Memory: The one thing that stands out most is getting the lead in the Broadway Tour of "Movin' Out"! That was the best thing ever! I loved the dancing, and the people! I made such great friends that are my best friends to this day! Favorite Male Dancer: Growing up in was John Crutchman of West Coast Dance Explosion. He was part of Jackie Slates LA Underground Dance Convention, which I competed in when I was growing up. Now its Rasta Thomas. We danced the same role in Movin Out and he has so much expression with his dancing that I love! Interests outside of Dance: I am really into Yoga and also love hair. I worked on a cruise ship doing the musical "Hairspray" and took care of all the wigs, it was a lot to take care of, but I enjoyed it. I also work part-time at a hair salon now.
