PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Agility, Atlanta, Georgia (10/07 - Present)

Key Account Manager (12/10 to Present) Sales hunter responsible for maximizing the revenue and profit from two of Agilitys largest global accounts in the High Tech & Consumer Electronics sectors. Grew one of global accounts Americas air product revenue by 52% resulting in a total growth of 17%. Led or key contributor for over $187M revenue potential found in three large and over 15 medium to small new bid opportunities. Senior Director of Global Supply Chain Solutions (10/07 to 12/10) Led cross functional team in selling and delivering a comprehensive proposal for entire forward and reverse logistics needs of a sustainable green city in the Middle East. Highly sustainable and integrated solution covering warehousing, IT, domestic transportation. Agility awarded the business. Led Asian and European teams on a comprehensive distribution center and transportation redesign initiative for two high tech clients in the Netherlands. Key tasks included transportation analysis, work and information flow process re-engineering, KPI implementation, management reorganization, communication protocol development, and training. Results include an 11% increase in outbound shipment performance, a 0.5% inventory accuracy increase, and an 8% cost reduction. Director of Customer Solutions Healthcare (10/06 to 10/07) Led team of project managers and subject matter experts supporting over 300 sales resources. Typical project pipeline contained over $100M in revenue opportunities. Team responsible for scoping and bundling of complex integrated warehousing, multi-modal international transportation, multi-modal domestic transportation and specialized product offerings. Led team that secured a two DC, 200,000 square foot pharmaceutical warehouse distribution opportunity for a top 10 pharmaceutical company. Developed tool used by entire sales force to rank the most desirable and winnable opportunities allowing for the most productive use of sales and the supporting business development personnel. Sales & Solutions Manager Warehousing, Transportation & Supply Chain Design (6/95 5/98) Lead for 60 proposals of up to $25M annual revenue in high tech, health care and utility industries. Lead on consulting project for a $4 billion power utility. Utilizing a network analysis model, first year savings of $12M were projected while maintaining service by reducing stocking locations by 50%. Costed, priced & implemented solution for 13 emergency parts distribution centers for $6B High Tech Company. Operational performance led to the award of 10 additional parts centers. Lead Manager on terminal to service region assignment and lane scheduling across Burnhams LTL network resulting in annual savings of $1.1M while maintaining existing service levels.
