Hesco uses pantograph, computerized and laser equipment to offer a wide selection of engraving styles and formats.

Many standard engraving fonts are available, along with a growing list of special fonts (including true type fonts).

Authentic Wurlitzer Parts

Parts engraved using exact replicas copied from the Original Wurlitzer Factory Engraving Templates are available only from Hesco, Inc. Old Wurlitzer Stop Tabs can be cleaned off and re-engraved or Stop Tabs can be made from new tabs. Old and new tabs can be cut and drilled for any electronic action. Bolster Plates, Nameplates and Indicator Discs are available in white and ivory color.

Draw Knobs, Stems & Draw Rods

Draw Knobs are furnished in standard molded sizes of 1", 11/16", 11/8", and 11/4" in white, ivory color and black. Other sizes are available, including Skinner and Moller styles. Draw Knob Stems are furnished in white, ivory color and black, with a 3/8" diameter and 1" long shank. A special Draw Knob Stem is available in black only, with a 5/16" diameter and 3/4" long shank. Draw Rods are made of kiln dried Maple with white sleeve and black ferrule, and are 11/16" diameter x 6" in length.

A new Disc Inserted Draw Knob Head/Stem Assembly is now available in white, ivory color and black. These can be inserted with 1" Discs shown below.

Discs

Flat Discs for insertion in Draw Knobs are furnished cut from flat stock in any diameter, and are available in varying thicknesses and colors. They can be engraved with a variety of styles of engraving. Convex Discs for insertion in Draw Knobs are furnished in 1" and 11/16" diameter, and are available in white, ivory color and black.
