Introduction:
PRAN industrial park (PIP) situated in polash, Norsindhi has been Bangladeshs largest manufacturer of various items like( Plastic processing, Juice, Dairy, Biscuits) etc. PRAN started its operation in 1981 as a processors fruit and vegetable in Bangladesh. Over the years, the company has not only grown in stature but also contributed significantly to the overall socio-economic development of the country.

PRAN is currently one of the most admired food & beverages brand among the millions of people of Bangladesh and other 77 countries of the world where PRAN Products are regularly being exported.

PRAN is currently producing more than 200 food products under 10 different categories i.e. Juices, Drinks, Mineral Water, Bakery, Carbonated beverages, Snacks, Culinary, Confectionery, Biscuits & Dairy. The company has adopted ISO 9001 as a guiding principle of its management system. The companies complaint to HACCP & certified with HALAL which ensures only the best quality products are reaches to the consumers table across the Globe.

Objective:
We choose Agricultural Marketing Company Limited (PRAN) which fulfill all the demand to make an industrial analysis. This industrial visit has cleared all the technical concepts about the subject of manufacturing process which will help us to gain a better idea for our future life. We had some objectives behind making the report. These are - To know how to make an industrial report based on personal experience.

- To increase our practical knowledge on various manufacturing process which we have studied theoretically and also to be experienced on those processes technically and practically.

- To gather practical knowledge about pran group of industries technically. - To be familiar with modern manufacturing equipments. We believe that we were successful to fulfill most of our objectives.

Observations:
Plastic production in PIP:
At present RPL has got molded plastic products in following category:01. Furniture. 02. Kitchen ware. 03. Table ware. 04. House ware. 05. Garments accessories. About 4000 MT of PVC resin and 1500 MT of plastic resins are converted per month in various lines of RFL in PIP. Besides them RFL is also producing various types of PVC items. Here some are given below 01. uPVC plastics. 02. uPVC Filters. 03. uPVC Houses. 04. Molded uPVC Fittings.

Here injection molding is commonly used and it s a manufacturing process for producing parts from both thermoplastic and thermosetting plastic materials. Material is fed into a heated barrel, mixed, and forced into a mold cavity where it cools and hardens to the configuration of the cavity. Injection molding is widely used for manufacturing a variety of parts, from the smallest component. For bottle and container or their parts blow molding is followed in PIP. Blow molding (also known as blow molding or blow forming) is a manufacturing process by which hollow plastic parts are formed. The blow molding process begins with melting down the plastic and forming it into a parison or preform. The parison is a tube-like piece of plastic with a hole in one end in which compressed air can pass through. The parison is then clamped into a mold and air is pumped into it. The air pressure then pushes the plastic out to match the mold. Once the plastic has cooled and hardened the mold opens up and the part is ejected. The pet bottles are made by stretch blow molding (SBM) process.

Beverages:
All around the world, drinking beverage is like an entertainment for people. Soft drinks are considered as consumer products. Taking this motto pran is now advancing with their technologies. All over the country Pran has a great reputation for their juice production. It has set Pran group on a upper level. Currently the juices which are producing and marketing are given bellow:Hot Filled PET Bottle:01. PRAN Frooto Mango Juice. 02. Sunny Orange Juice. 03. Kagozee Juice. Juices in Aseptic Pack: 01. PRAN Joy. 02. PRAN Premium Mango Juice. 03. PRAN Nectar. 04. PRAN Junior Juice. 05. PRAN Juice Drink (Fruit Cocktail). 06. PRAN Frooto. It is the blessings for our country that pran has done a franchise agreement with CocaCola company. Currently, Pran Group bottle this products. Through this carbonated soft drink pran is metting up thousands of peoples demand.

This refreshing products are widely accepted in local and international market. Here pran is playing a vital role. Confectionary:Pran is also contributing us through its confectionary items .The name of items are given blew:Candy:01. Milk Candy. 02. Mr. Mango. 03. Mr. Tom.

Here MR.mango is playing a vital role on their economic progress.

Fruit Bar:
Fruit bar has got a great reputation across the country. It has two different flavor. They are given below: 01. Peanut Bar. 02. Mango Bar.

Dairy:
Pran is reputed for its dairy products. All the products have a geat market value across the country. Their dairy items are given below:01. Liquid Milk. 02. Milk Powder 03. Milk Drinks 04. Milk Allied Products.

Now pran is producing UHT Processed Milk which have gained great reputation to the country. Discussion:
It gives ours immense pleasure to submit a report on Pran. This report is submitted as a partial fulfillment as a part of our course .The preparation of the report has given ours and insightful experience and in-depth knowledge on pran company in Bangladesh. We have given our best effort to make it a worthy one and each aspect of the problem is considered and studied as required.

Conclusion:
PRAN is currently the most well known household name among the millions

of people in Bangladesh and abroad also It is the pioneer in Bangladesh to be involved in contract farming and procures raw material directly from the farmers and processes through state of the art machinery at our several factories into hygienically packed food and drinks products. The brand PRAN has established itself in every category of food and beverage industry and can boost a product range from Juices, Carbonated Drinks, Confectionery.
