Technical progress, hard exploitation of paleobiospheres (oil, coal, gas), creation of megapolicies have led to increase of heterotrophic mechanisms in natural life providing systems.

The joint project ISRICA and Fund Law of Time Pakal Votan is devoted to study of information flows on paleopsychological horizons on N.Kozyrevs formula the past and future are in the present.
