We believe in providing essentials for a healthy body, both on the inside and the outside, using natural methods that are chemical-free and allow the consumer to take responsibility for their health. The reason for doing this project is to understand the market of Pakistan for starting a new venture. HEALTHY COMFORTS is aimed at developing awareness among people about their health. We intend to introduce a healthy and athletic life style by launching a complete range of healthy activities, victuals, and health plans. We have developed a business plan which is fully operational within the targeted budget. HEALTHY COMFORTS intents to provide a complete life time experience to its targeted customers. At present we aim to target the people of Lahore. However we plan to open our branches in Karachi and Islamabad to create a loyal clientele.

FUTURE OUTLOOK AND TRENDS: HEALTHY COMFORTS is an entirely new idea in Pakistan. Even though there are many gyms across Pakistan but there is as such no health club that is integrated with so many services under one roof. Currently there are more than 50 gyms working in Lahore but they are solely providing the traditional services that gyms provide. Other than this, none of the gyms or so called health clubs are targeting the working class. From the perspective of Pakistan, this business seems to be profitable in the long run because people are getting more conscious as they becoming aware of issues regarding health. HEALTHY COMFORTS is the only place where people can come and change their lifestyle by exercising, getting therapies, following a healthy diet plan recommended by our dietitian, meeting and sharing stories with other members. HEALTHY COMFORTS believes in changing the life style of people, making them more productive and prolific for their respective organizations.

The major purpose of the business is to bring a positive and encouraging change in the lifestyle of people. Our Spa offers luxurious facilities with a wide range of treatments available including pampering massages, high-performance facials, manicures and pedicures, our indulgent treatments offer a relaxing top-to-toe experience. Our blissfully relaxing spa offers a hide-away for our clients who are wishing to seek some precious me-time. With so many facilities to choose from theres something for everyone, our spa caters for men and women wishing to relax and unwind.. The production plan of HEALTHY COMFORTS is more based upon services but has a smaller number of products incorporated, which is Healthy Eating. creams. These are fresh and nutritious refreshments for clients who plan staying longer at the site or are just in a mood of relaxing with friends. HEALTHY COMFORTS basically involves the purchase of machinery for making up the gym and spa. For Healthy Exercise (Gym) we are purchasing a number of treadmills, exercise bikes, arm wrestling machines, single stack machines, skating exercise machines, body building equipment, and body-solid leverage leg press system etc. Some of this equipment is purchased in a good second hand condition and other is purchased on lease basis. Whereas, for Healthy Body (Spa) we are purchasing a few pedicure and manicure spa equipment as well as Jacuzzi bath tubs. In addition other equipment purchases include tables, chairs, stands, sofas and other office supplies. All these purchases are duly mentioned in the financial statements of HEALTHY COMFORTS. HEALTHY COMFORTS plans to upsurge its equipment and office supplies in all its divisions with increase in projected sales over the upcoming years in semi-annual capacity.

There are several existing fitness centers in our city but none with our diverse range of products and services. Through our marketing plan, we will emphasize on our unique services and convenient location. Gym and Spa Package: We offer a package in which we give customers two free monthly visits of spa along with their gym subscription. The price of subscription is Rs 5000/Discounts for Corporate Employees: HEALTHY COMFORTS will offer packages to companies whereby their employees can benefit from individual assessments and occupational health information, as well as discounted fitness centers. Discounts for Residents of Same Household: Residents of the same household will be given discounts. They must be living at the same residence and billed at the same account. Business owners of Healthy Comfort will also take part in nearby health campaigns, such as walks and sponsored weight loss challenges, or provide input on ordinances and proposals related to total health and wellness. This will get people think of our club as health and fitness solution, working right in their neighborhood. FORM OF OWNERSHIP: HEALTHY COMFORTS will be run as a partnership, with all three members being general partners. A general partnership between three members would allow for all aspects of our business to receive substantial attention. In essence, the largest advantage is that with three part-owners we could all concentrate on smaller aspects of the business, therefore making the overall product superior. If desired, adding partners to our company could be a great source of capital and/or incentive to recruit highly valuable employees. The last, and probably one of the most important reasons that we desire a partnership is that it is a fairly easy and simple form of business. In other words, it is easy to start. The share of capital and profit will be 33.33% for all the partners.

MANAGEMENT-TEAM BACKGROUND: Along with the top management positions, other significant, yet less influential job positions must be filled. Our facility requires constant maintenance, gym trainers, and referees for youth sports. These are the positions that need to be filled: custodian, floor supervisors, front desk attendants, personal trainers, massage therapists/physical therapists, and referees.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF MEMBERS OF ORGANIZATION: a. Janitor Rationale : The shifts are four hours each and there will be two shifts every day. Janitorial workers will receive Rs. 4,000/- per month and each will be a part-time employee. Job description: Clean all restroom facilities, replace garbage, check pH level of pool and spa, pick up garbage left behind by members, and mop/clean floors

b. Health Bar Attendants Rationale : We will have all day front desk Health Barattendants on duty. These will be two full time employees as servers at the Health Bar. Weekends will be run in the same way and each greeter makes Rs. 7,000/- per month. Job description: Scan members in the complex, greet customers and provide any potential customer with assistance or information regarding the food available at the health bar.

c. Spa Trainer Rationale : These will be full-time workers that work six hours every single day. They will be paid about Rs. 20,000per month. Job description: Will use different massaging and physical therapy techniques.

d. Gym Management Rationale : There will be two shifts of 6 hours each during the whole week. The gym management staff are part-time workers and make Rs. 7,000/- per month. Job description: Enroll customers as members, maintaining membership record and

packages. Answers or relieves any customer complaints or question, insures that all parts of the compound are working smoothly.

e. Yoga trainers Rationale : A yoga trainer is hired for a total of four hours per day. Rs. 20,000/- per month is paid. Job description: Train individuals who would like to use theirservice. The yoga personnel is a professional trainer whom we hire along with his credentials, it is a large decision, and can impact our business greatly.

f. Gym trainer Rationale : Four gym trainers are hired out of which two are for the first six hours and the other two are for the remaining six hours. The gym trainer is paid Rs.20,000/- per month. Job Description: Training customers individually according to their own unique case. The gym trainers are also responsible for holding out aerobic activities twice in each shift every day.

Sukh Chan- Even though Sukh Chan is new to the industry but it has a strong corporate profile.
