Educating young boys and young men on the need to change ones behaviour
Run national awareness campaigns to say no to violence against girls and women Create a team of facilitators to deliver workshops and presentations to the target audience nationwide Develop the appropriate deliverables (little purple book)
We started the poster and media campaign in September 2011 The seminars with youngsters started in November and we target 3000 by December 2012

We target 11-22 years old boys and young men because this is where we feel we can have most influence and break the cycle of violence. We want to change their attitude towards girls and women.

This has not been scientifically measured but the impact is certain based on feedback obtained from auditors, government officials and community leaders
Recruitment of more facilitators in July 20 out of 110 applicants in September 2011! The Little Purple Book and pledge call for commitment The training material is continually refined based on experience and feedback on the ground
