Aaron Justin Walker has been engaged in a malicious course ofconduct tl at
harasses, alarms and seriously annoys me. I have rE>peatedly warned him to stop,
both verbally and in ,\Imting, and he has been asked to stop byJudges in this court
and by the State's Attorneys Office. His malicious hal"assment has been done
V\<ithout legal purpose and for the sale purpose to larm, annoy and harm me.
On 01" about April 17. 2012, Mr. Walker filed five malicious criminal charges agaillst
me in Montgomery County District Court, case number 4D00277939. On November
30, 2012, those charges were nolle prossed by the State's Attorney without even
getting past the intake screeners.

because I stated that he assaulted me on January g, 2012. Judge Eric Johnson ruled
that Mr. Walker did assault me. Mr. Walker has posted hundreds ofalanning and
t\; eets, directed at me personally and by name, stating tha I am mentally ill, a
pedophile. a ten rist, an an . Semite, a bigot, and a bully ho commits horrible acts.
He has asked others to target me and told them lies to incite themagainst me.
He falsely tweeted that I tried to get himki1 ed and frame bitn for a crime, and then
warned that I am "going to pa for doing both." He stated that he bough a hand n.
He has alsel. accu.sed me of being the pub 'sher of vario\.l. blogs a d of tweetingto
him when I have never used Twitter and I don'tpublish anyblogs other than those
directly related to my work as the diTeetol' ofa national non-profit ot"ganization.
r. Walker paste a massive blog post accusing me offra . g him for a pre ious
Peace Order after r. Walke assaulted me on January 9, 2012. He stated falsely
that I forged medicall'"e ords and photographs to provide the basis for that Peace
Order. He stated hat 1testified falsely even though e Courts found me credible
and found that e assaulted me. He registered the Twitter hashtag "#War" to
promote this blDg post and included a threatening video called "God Of War Hydra."
He has stated that be ,,{ants people to ead his blog posts ~ n order to stop them frorn
donating to my non profit and drive me out ofbusiness.
Mr. Walker has used his blog and Twitter account to attack the State's Attorney for
dismissinghis malicious criminal charge against me. He posted the State's
Attorneys letter to him and mocked him in essence as corrupt and incompetent
Mr. Walker is using his b og and Twitter account to incite 0 ers to attar me, and
they have, With other vile comments accusing me of deplorable acts and other false
criminal acts. He has written on his blog and Twitte that otberpeop e are helping
with his harassment campaign against me.

Mr. Walker's conduct has been so threatening, alarming. annoying and unethical
that I filed a Bar Complaint against him and, on May 1, 2012, the irginia State Bar
opened an .nvestigation and ordered him to respond within 2 day.
