Subject: All the residents (residents who stayed in the prefecture as of March 11) Content of the survey: To estimate and access the exposure dose from radiation focusing on the behavioral record from March 11 to 25. The external exposure dose will be calculated based on the information that you describe in the delivered self-report questionnaires about when, whereabouts and time span.
