have no hesitation in lodging the forms. The form takes the best part of 20 minutes to complete YET after all this
time there are those who "DID NOT SEE" the terms ??? - this is NOT about BILLING 1000php - the FACT is this FEE
is CREDITED BACK to ANY person WHO THEN SIGNS a CONTRACT - you HAVE no doubt heard of marketing - how
many advertisements promote FREE this or FREE that - it is ALWAYS subject to TERMS. The FACT is the assessment
WILL BE FREE if the person is ELIGIBLE and PROCEEDS with our services - not JUST the ASSESSMENT but we ALSO
CREDIT BACK the administration fee to GENUINE enquiries who then sign. The proof you talk about - are you a
lawyer?? - the evidence is retained by the relevant service provider on their server in USA. E-commerce laws differ
all around the world - in some States of the USA even if you did NOT send the email - if it came from YOUR
computer YOU are liable NO MATTER WHAT. Clearly we can only trace those IP addresses which are registered to
COMPANIES. Those that show an IP owned eg by an ISP will be subject to a SPAM complaint.

The object here is not to BILL for 1000php - it is to ELIMINATE time wasting enquiries / non genuine enquiries who
persist in wasting our time. If those who are still not genuine will submit that form then they are:
- illiterate and/or
- have low IQ (and could not possibly migrate) and/or
- deliberately lodging fake enquiries to waste our time
As for comments by sherwin or whatever his user pseudonym - what is HIS business - where is his website (we
really have no time to look) - what are his terms - what is HIS address - as you lots of advice.
For the record sherwinaval if you have a problem with a large corporation including Paypal you must follow THEIR
SOP - you must lodge eg online complaints or similar - you will not be given on their website the individual contacts
of staff whom you can contact - you will not be given the OWNER information and contacts (which for a large public
company entails numerous shareholders in fact) - yes you will find senior management - do you think they will be
interested in hearing from you?
For the record any staff from large well known companies (or even small ones ) who abuse our service will be the
SUBJECT of complaints to the most senior staff member in the Philippines and if that is an overseas owned company
that complaint will also go straight to the HRD Director overseas eg USA - we get that info from their websites (and
in many case that direct contact info is NOT accessible thank you and when it is not we get it from paid online
corporate information services). You seem to know everything sherwinaval and have all the answers - perhaps you
can just keep them to yourself - your feeback is not even worthy of reading (thank you)
For the record RJ this business requested that your business delete this pointless thread which could be damaging to
our business or we will REMOVE sulit.com banners from all our various websites
We may take other action such as reporting that you have not issued us all required BIR receipts as required by law

reason for these strict terms is due to so many Filipinos who enquire as supposed genuine enquiries but
simply waste our time - this ruins the free assessment service thru our agents (local or overseas) for
GENUINE enquiries -those who have no funds or have no real commitment to their decision to migrate

Hmmm... not everything though.. but most of the things I know are obviously those you don't. If my feedback isn't
worthy of reading, then ignore it. Did I ever asked you to read it?
And why would I keep them to myself? Aren't they full of information? My suggestions and feedbacks maybe
addressed to you but it actually isn't for you. It is for the people to know what kind of staffs your company
