The Pavilion Located at the northern end of the property, what once was the chaff shed, is now a separate area where families can gather, as it is attached to the childrens play area. T erms & Conditions T avoid any misunderstandings, we ask that you read through the terms and conditions before comrming your Function. o Reservations/Deposit For any reservation a $150 deposit needs to be made either at the time, or within 7 days prior to the booking. It is at the Royal Cricketers Arms discretion to cancel a reservation if a deposit has not been made within this period. All deposits are non refundable and count towards your nal bill. Hire Charges (This is in addition to the Deposit) Group bookings may hire a specic area of the Royal Cricketers Arms for their event and may incur a hire fee. If you require the back bar to be opened, additional charge applies; however note the bar will be open to all patrons. The members area is not available for hire on Sundays. Function Packages/Payments Final choices for function packages must be made 7 days prior, you can make last minute changes upto 24 hrs before, but we cannot guarantee them. Final payments can be made at the time of the function. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos and Amex. NO cheques. Prices will be conrmed with nal function detail. You will be charged for this nal number, even if you have less guests attending. Food/Beverages With the exception of function cakes under no circumstances will the Royal Cricketers Arms hotel allow any function to bring any food or beverage into the Royal Cricketers Arms. Decoration Please check with management regarding decoration ideas before attaching to walls. At no time is confetti of any style allowed; a cleaning charge of $50 will apply if this is not adhered to. Any delivery of equipment for functions must be previously arranged and conrmed with management otherwise will not be accepted onto premises or signed for. Responsible Service of Alcohol The Royal Cricketers Arms practices the responsible service of alcohol. Intoxicated guests will not be served. It is a requirement of law that intoxicated persons are removed from the licensed premises. Management reserves the right to end any Function that are breaking the rules and that are acting in a non acceptable manner. Due to underage and intoxication issues the Royal Cricketers Arms will not cater for 18th birthday parties. A minor is de-ned by law as any person under the age of 18 years of age. This denition extends to babies and toddlers. Minors are permitted in certain areas of the hotel where accompanied or in the immediate presence of an adult. All minnors must be accompanied by an adult when moving through the hotels restricted zones. Security services will be required when deemed necessary by the hotel, at the cost of the Function Host. Damages The Hirer is nancially liable for any damage to the Royal Cricketers Arms xtures or ttings whether sustained through their own actions, or through the actions of their guests, contractors or sub-contractors, including when bumping into or out of the venue. No items are to be attached to the walls, doors, windows or any other surface within the venue. Insurance/Public Liability Under no circumstances will the Royal Cricketers Arms take responsibility for any items brought by the Hirer and guests into the venue. It is the Hirers responsibility to ensure the security of their equipment and guests possessions while on the premises of the venue. The Royal Cricketers Arms hereby advises the Hirer that the Royal Cricketers Arms will not take responsibility for lawsuits or damages incurred to anyone.
