He saw specialists at the General Hospital in Kuala Lumpur and has provided a medical certificate to validate his absence.     REF: ABSENT FOR LEGO TRAINING With the refer to the above mentioned matter, I would like to inform that I did not attend the Lego training in school, during school holidays on the 12th, 13th and 14th April 2012 because I was sick and not able to drive with eyes infection. I met the specialist in ENT and Medical department in General Hospital. Together with this letter is attaching Medical Certificate from the General Hospital, Kuala Lumpur. I hope this valid reason will be accepted and I would like to join the Lego training in future. I apologize for any inconvenience and trouble caused by me during this period of training.
