Important Instructions to Candidates:1. The specialization eligibility criterion & detailed Admission rules are available at director technical education govt. of M.P. website www.dtempcounselling.org by clicking ME/M.Tech admission 201213. 2. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category of Madhya Pradesh must enclose attested copy of Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority and must bring original certificate at the time of counslling. 3. Candidate under OBC category must enclose attested copy of Income Certificate issued by competent authority for Non creamy layer and must bring original certificate at the time of counslling. 4. All those candidates who want to avail the benefit of category (SC/ST/OBC) must enclose attested copy of MP domicile issued by competent authority and must bring original certificate at the time of counslling. 5. The formats of all necessary certificates are available in ME Admission rules 2012 at www.dtempcounselling.org. 6. Under sponsored category, candidate must have minimum experience of three years on 30.06.2012. They must enclose Sponsorship certificate and last three years Salary Statement from their employer.No objection certificate will not be entertained. It is mandatory for candidates to attend counselling personally with all relevant original documents on the scheduled date and time. 7. Under the sponsored category the candidates will be considered who have; (a) Sponsored by a central/state govt. department or govt. undertaking or P.S.U. (b) Sponsored by a limited company, listed in any recognized stock exchange. (c) Sponsored by AICTE approved engineering college, where candidate should have minimum continuous service length of 3 years. 8. The application form must reach the office of the principal on or before the last date i.e. 25June2012 up to 5PM. 9. Incomplete form in any respect will lead to rejection. 10. Application forms received after the last date will be rejected. 11. Shortlisted Candidate having valid GATE Score card should bring original GATE Score card otherwise his candidature will not be considered. 12. Candidate should bring the original Mark sheet of qualifying exam at counselling. 13. Shortlisted candidate must reach the counselling venue at prescribed date & time as per counselling schedule. 4

14. The list of shortlisted candidates (2 to 3 times against the vacant seats) of 1st round counselling will be displayed on Institute website www.jec-jabalpur.org on 5th July2012. 15. Only shortlisted candidates have to present at Counselling, no separate call letter will be issued. 16. The candidate has to bring D.D. of Rs.12669/-(yearly) in favour of Principal, Jabalpur Engineering College of Jabalpur, payable at Jabalpur for admission at the time of counseling. 17.
