How it Works for Hot & Cold Lines 1. Corroded pipes are sand blasted to prepare for rehabilitation. 2. Shots of epoxy are then moved throughout the entire piping system. 3. The end result is a protective epoxy barrier between the pipes and water.
No more pinhole leaks or heavy metals leaching into your water!

How it Works for Drain Lines 1. Blocked and root-intruded pipes are cleaned with a cutting tool. 2. An epoxy impregnated liner is pulled into place and inflated with an internal rubber bladder. The liner is left to cure. 3. The bladder is removed, leaving behind a pipe within a pipe.
No more scale build up or root intrusion!

Nu Flows in-place restoration technology has benefited our customers in a wide variety of ways, which includes dramatic savings in cost, time, inconvenience and destruction when compared to a traditional pipe replacement.
Solution:
Situation:
3 cast iron drain line that runs under the garbage compactor room and elevator shaft was corroded and caused backups. The customer needed a long-term solution with an installation process that would not destroy the property.
Solution:
Nu Flow cleaned the cast iron pipe with our scorpion cutter to restore flow, then we retrofitted the drain line using our Pullin-Place structural drain liner using only two access points. Nu Flows trenchless solution saved the customer from costly and disruptive repairs and renovation.
Situation:
Aged copper potable pipes caused chronic pinhole leaks, slab leaks, mold damage and flooding to timeshares at the luxurious Welk Resort. Management decided to have Nu Flow rehabilitate all hot and cold potable lines in 298 units, which are between 20 and 30 years old.
Nu Flow coordinated with the resorts management to ensure no disruption to residents or timeshare availability. Temporary water was kept on-site to reduce inconvenience. Our blown-in epoxy lining created a new pipe inside the host pipe, providing a long-term solution and preventing future corrosion or leaks.
