Registration Engagement
Partners can submit incremental sales opportunities through the opportunity registration program and earn a set rebate or discount on list price when the opportunity is closed by the partner. Opportunity registrations will be approved where the partner demonstrates that a new sales opportunity has been created and the opportunity is not currently in the VMware forecast. The partner of record holding the opportunity registration is the sole partner granted any additional registration rebates and VMware will support this partner in the account. Pricing Engagement Partners are responsible for providing quotes and configurations for their prospects. Opportunity Engagement Partners are responsible for providing accurate sales forecast detail and opportunity status per the requirements of applicable VMware Partner program or agreement.
