HOW many times have you asked this question? How to win Over Temptations I know I have. Many, many times. When I was a young Christian, I felt Talk 1: Focus on the Good so depressed whenever I fell into sin. There were times I lost hope, thinking, I Talk2: Friend with the Good had sinned too much, the Lord would not forgive me anymore this time. Talk 3: Fight for the But I recall an insight I received which Good gave me back my hope: That as long as I am breathing and am alive, God is still giving me another chance. If He werent, then He would have taken my life. But if He hasnt, then He is inviting me to return to Him anew. Friends, Christians still fall into temptation. The important thing is lets not stay fallen! We must resist this discouragement. We must believe in Gods forgiveness. Heres why: If we see ourselves as fallen, well wallow in our falleness. Instead, see yourself as a champion. Bruised. Broken. Burned. But a Champion, nonetheless. Loved. Trusted. Empowered. And Glorious! May your dreams come true,

Temptation is the urge to do something we know is wrong. Sin is anything that seperates us from God, from His Love and His presence. We are tempted when we are drawn toward a sin (even toward blessings*). Temptation is not sin - its when you give in - thats when it becomes a sin But would you believe that temptation doesnt cause you to sin. Huh!? It doesnt become a sin until desire has conceive (Jas 1:15). Well, partly it contributes, but the real cause thats what well talk about today. As long as we live, we will be in a fight. Fighting against evil. We need these struggles to grow. Worry if you dont have one Every temptation is an opportunity (struggle) to say No to sin and Yes to God! -Eng Si Victory over temptation is not simply a matter of will-power. Theres only one sure way to beat temptation. We must rely on Gods help continually. As we trust HiM and do what we know is His purpose and plan, He will guide us into His truth and holiness. Today, I receive all of Gods love for me. Today, I open myself to the unbounded,limitless, overflowing abundance of Gods universe. Today, I open myself to Gods blessings, healing, and miracles. Today, I open myself to Gods Word so I would become more like Jesus every day.Today, I proclaim that I am Gods beloved, I am Gods servant, I am Gods powerful champion.
