Desire Your Miracle

WHAT do you desire? The Bible says, Ask and you will receive, seek and you shall find, knock and the door will be opened to you. (Matthew 7:7) But funny how many people dont do this. Or they do so in a very timid way. Because for many people, they believe its wrong to desire too much or to desire too often. But I believe that its Gods will that we desire certain things. He gave us the power to desire. I believe that God has planted His desires in our heart. I believe the will of God is our deepest desiresbut thats another topic. Some people, because of low self-worth, believe that they dont deserve what they desire for. This belief is nasty. Sometimes, this terrible belief comes from a negative religious culture, constantly reminding them, Youre a sinner. Sometimes, it comes from cruel parents who told them again and again, Youre not smart enough. Youre not good-looking enough. Youre not talented enough. If you have this nasty belief, I want you to declare this every day: Im worthy. I deserve to be blessed. God wants me to be blessed! Go ahead. Ask. Seek. Knock. God is listening. 1Peter 5:10-11> The God of all grace who called you to His eternal glory through Christ Jesus, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen and establish you after you have suffered a little. To Him be dominion forever. Amen. 2Cor:4-7 > Our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory. The road to success isnt a straight road. It has many twists, turns, zigzags, humps and holes. With lots of detour. You and I are going to experience detours in life. Its just a matter of time. It is not optional. It happens to everyone. When you think a setback/detours occurs, keep your eyes and heart open because there is likely an opportunity lurking around a nearby corner. Your job is to recognize it and be willing to jump on it. Opportunities always involve risk. When one door closed, another one opens. Be prepared for that. Thats the way it is. It works the same in areas of our lives including personal, career, and even ministry. And we believe that --- when GOD allows doors to close, HE opens windows. Weve learned in this Bounce series, that every set-back is a perfect set-up to come back and bounce even higher. God has given you the ability to bounce back When detour happens, keep your head up and look for the opportunities that are there. When you think you see one, take the time to explore and investigate to see if, it is the silver lining youve been waiting for. Dont break, BOUNCE!
