This has reference to the above subject I would like to bring yours kind notice that we have taken up the Thermal Insulation & Cladding for raw mill hot air duct ,Coal mill ducting and RABH inlet duct, to carry out this work we have given this job to M/s Phoenix Engineering & Marine Co. Sharjah against P.O No PCI/03-11/LPO/07V Dated 15-03-2011.In this P.O Scaffolding is our scope of work, Till date Coal mill area, raw mill hot air duct up to the Elevation 38Mts and P.H Fan out let duct up to 28 Mets level Elevation has been Completed. The balance raw mill hot air duct is another 18mts elevation and Pre-heater Fan out let duct balances 12 Mets, and complete RABH inlet duct. To complete the Balance works we need Scaffolding material and man power for above areas scaffolding. Please arrange the scaffolding material and man power for completion of the above said work and do the needful.

Sub: Mills Attendants attention request regards, Sir, This has reference to the above subject sir I would like to bring yours kind notice that Past few months we observe that The Raw mills and Cement mills where tripping due to the small problems that is o-sepa oil Low pressure alarm and Gear box lub oil low pressure alarms in this cases the Attenders could act in time we can Eliminate this type of trappings In this regard we need proper attention on the equipment and housekeeping while in operation and co-ordination with Mechanical department. Past one and half year back all the Attenders where working under mechanical Department at that time they are more attention on equipments and housekeeping in the respective sections after Shifting to the Production Department the concentration on equipment and Housekeeping is not in the mark as previous. As per the Mechanical Department Concern the Man power has come down nearly 20% with the previous history, and the day to day activities and routine maintenance, Development and modification works we planned with cost-effective manner and to improve the plant performance, MTBF & MTTR, we need the attenders attention and co-operation same thing is mentioned in our Group (Raysuit) Mill Arrenders job title and Responsibilities. In this Regard please advise the Concern to pass Standard Instructions to the above.

Dear sir, This has reference to the above subject We have received the paper bags for cement loading from Shuaiba Industrial Co. (K. S. C) on 24th April 2012 Against p.o no 883 dated 19th April 2012.in this consignment we noticed that some of the bags were not shooting properly because of over glue at the top valve and also bags sticking to each other due to over glue. Same has informed to the party and they replied us this type of problems will not occur in future. Recently we have received a consignment on 10th May against P.O no-883. We noticed that same problem has repeated, Because of this type of problems Bag loading will be effected we are here with attested the Photos for yours reference and need full action. In future supplies, we shall take even more care with vigilant checking of the bags while producing these bags.
