Syarat Permohonan : 1. Borang yang telah lengkap diisi hendaklah dikembalikan beserta dengan dokumen-dokumen berikut:a. Surat permohonan dari perunding b. Tiga (3) salinan pelan bangunan yang mengandungi pelan tapak, pelan jadual, kiraan lantai dan pelan bangunan terperinci berwarna. c. Satu (1) salinan surat hakmilik tanah/surat perjanjian jual beli. d. Satu (1) salinan resit premium tanah yang telah dijelaskan ( bagi permohonan yang belum mendapatkan Suratan Hakmilik Sementara) e. Satu (1) salinan Laporan Cadangan Pemajuan (bagi permohonan berstrata/kilang 40 ekar ke atas) f. Satu (1) salinan perspektif berwarna (bagi permohonan berstrata/kilang 40 ekar ke atas) g. Borang kiraan bil yang telah lengkap diisikan.

Respond to acceptance consideration correspondence which is not received at the counter in a period of 5 working days in all departments/divisions. Process pre-check applications for new proposal plans in a period of 30 working days from the date of receival with application conditions that abide by the Councils conditions. Process complete applications for new proposal plans within 20 workings days from date of receival with application conditions that abide by the Councils conditions. Process and issue beginning of work letter for bungalow plans applications and additional/amendments for residences on the same day of receival of receipt is enforced after 3 days from the letter date with application conditions that abide by the Councils conditions. Process and issue Certificate of Fitness as well as issuing a supportive letters of collateral money to the Department of Finances within a period of fourteen (14) working days from the date of receiving E Form with the condition that construction is constructed according to approved plans and a clean sit as had been set by the Council. Process permit applications and issue a permit fee within 7 working days and issue a permit approval letter within 3 working days from the receipt accession date. Process and issue a license application review to the Department of Licensing and Hawkers withint fourteen (14) working days from date of receival with the conditions of abiding by the Councils conditions. Process and issue collateral return application review to the Department of Finances within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receival with the condition of abiding by the Councils conditions. Take action on complaints within seven (7) working days from the date of receival with the condition that the complaints received are complete.
