Q.1. What is the management decision problem that Shameem is likely to narrate to Raghu Narang?

Ans:-There are various management decision problem they are as follows:I. HR Policy:- It is one of the most important tool through which various policy of human resource are formulated. It is should be formulated with sound mind. But in case of Danish International Kamini Bansal, HR head is yelling at employees at the top of his voice. The job of HR head is look after good philosophy in order to have long term organization goals.HR role was not well specified like job satisfaction, job design. Due to HR policy and also because of HR head people were hypertension and were not able to give their best. Business Policy: - Mr.Raghu Narang had not formulated well versed business policy. He had a history of hiring the best brains and then trying to fit them into various organizational function functions suppose if the person doesnt fit in the said role he was fired without any guilt. An employee was not trained properly in order to fit the job due to which there was high attrition rate in the organization. Training: - Employees are not given proper training in order to fir the job. Job design was not implemented successfully i.e. after six months of joining the organization job design was not implemented effectively. Lack of Initiative:-There was lack of initiative shown by employees. As they remain absent and seemed to be suffered from hypertension due lack of job design and frustrating business model. Job designing:-The role of the employees in the organization was not well specified due to which there was confusion among employers in order to whom to delegate more. Goal Oriented:-Danish International was having lack of goal orientation. They were not goal oriented. Each individual was doing his/her job few of them were only interested in organizations goal. Family problems:-Family and Business should be treated differently. Both should not be interrelated. Family problems should not affect business decisions making process nor should business problems be taken at home. In order to deal with effectively family and business should be treated as separated entity.

Ans: - Research problem: - How to boost the morale and converts its employees from performer to High Performer leader? Objectives:To find a good business proposition Ways to come-up with different ways in order to overcome the problem. How training should be carried out? Ways to boost employees to achieve goals. To know about why employees are under performing To make good HR policy.

Q.3.Develop the working hypothesis for your study. A. Providing training to its employees:-Higher authority should provide training in order to have smooth working of the organization. B. Mentoring:-Mentoring its employees for high role to play in an organization. Not waiting till the high authority retires and there is employee to take his/her position. C. Formulating good HR Policy:-It means good package, working hours, description of job, job rotation. D. Outbound Trip:- Taking outbound trip to its employees so they mingled with each other very well E. Organizing regular reviews: Organizing regular reviews i.e. weekly, fortnightly or monthly. People in an organization should come together and discuss the issues or progress done by them.

F. Good Working Environment:-Employees should be provided with good working environment, good working conditions so they can work efficiently.
