Comment to Julie Kirby ideas: I agree to the idea that success is decodable, teachable, and learnable. Criteria to determine a success is measurable, in which we can use it as baseline to perform and focus on the achievement. Super team can be created through continue and focus on the performance improvement and achieving highest performance. To increase teams performance: o Identify the strength and weakness of the team members (high performer and bad performer) o Motivate and influence the bad performer to improve their performance, and bring them to the higher level of performance. if it is not working, cut them out from the team

Comment to Leigh Buchanan ideas: I agree with the idea that discussing on the point in which you are not confident to understand and how to manage it. It will encourage for deeper exploration on the literature to find out the best solutions fit it. It will create additional benefits to us, learning something new from which we do not understand before into mastering the case. If we are learning on the things that we have understood well before, it will not give more benefits to us. Comment to Jeffrey Pfeffer ideas: Indeed, filtering is required to choose which books are useful for us. We may use several approaches below to find out whether a book is good and useful or not: o See the outline or summary of the book content, which is usually put in the back of the book. Or find out through internet about the content of the book. o Read the comments and referrees from the reader or public figure, which is normally outlined in the cover of back of the book. Or find out the rating from readers through internet. o Find out the author through internet, what kind of other books he or she created previously, and find out how the rating from the readers 2. Personal goals to learn more about OB: o More learning on leadership (charismatic leadership, transformational leadership, heroic leadership). Personally it will give more benefits not only to my career but the most important is to my personal & social (moral) life, in which I can contribute significantly to the family, society and country. o More learning on the organizations effectiveness & organizations re-structuring. Personally it will give me benefits to my personal career, since nowadays (and more in future) business competition is quite challenging. Organizations must have enough adaptability to face this kind of environment to sustain the business growth.
