Survey Analysis As per the survey, this is the analysis of the response of the customers which were recorded

from 26 general stores that has been visited in various locations of Kirti nagar, Uttam nagar, Malviya Nagar, Green Park, Rithala.

In this part we have seen that only 5% of people visit general Stores only once in a month. Only 16% of people visit general stores twice in a month. Only 1% of people visit general Stores thrice in a month and only 4% of people visit general stores more than thrice in a month.

Only more than twice percentage of people i.e. 50% visits more than twice in a year to purchase CFL and Bulb from general store. People buy atleast twice or thrice in a year.

Red colour shows that more people are satisfied with the quality that Philips is providing to them (61%). (31%) are extremely satisfied with the quality that Philips is providing and (8%) are neutral with the quality.

(42%) are the persons that are neutral with the usage of the product that they are using and (33%) are satisfied with the usage of the product and (25%) are extremely satisfied with the usage of the product. i.e. only 42% are more in the range of satisfaction of the usage i.e. more people are in neutral area.

(44%) are the persons that are neutral in satisfaction level with the product that they are using but (32%) are satisfied with the product but only (4%) are not satisfied with the product and (20%) are extremely satisfied in the satisfaction level.

(54%) are not satisfied with the price currently prevailing and (42%) are extremely not satisfied with the price and only (4%) are neutral with the price.

(48%) respondent uses Surya, (22%) respondent uses Bajaj, (19%) respondents uses Philips, (7%) respondent Wipro and (4%) respondents uses Crompton greave. Surya is used by most of the respondents.

Conclusion
As per the survey, it has been found that most of the consumers visit twice or thrice in a year to a general store to purchase CFL and GLS lamps. People look for price first before buying any CFL and GLS. Most of the customers buy CFL and GLS lamps from the same store every time. From the survey it has been found that 61% of people are satisfied with Philips CFL product and 31% people are extremely satisfied with the quality that Philips is providing to them. But they are only dissatisfied with the price of the CFL Lamps. New customers are willingly to switch to Philips but the price is acting as a concern as competitors price for same product is less which provides almost same quality. People prefer Surya brand over Philips as they are priced less, and the product quality is also good as they are giving a years warranty. Customers get all the information from the retail shops as retailers are the people who guide and sell the product to the customers.

Findings
Shopkeepers require more banners and displays to push the product towards customers. Shopkeepers are asking for more offers so that they can attract the customers. Shopkeepers say that salesperson dont come to them to take orders as they give small orders. By interacting through some of the respondents I came to know that the shops inside residential colonies do keep CFL and GLS as nowadays customers are asking for CFL and GLS instead of Bulbs. The customers who are using Philips are ready to purchase and use Philips only because of the quality that Philips is providing.
