IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS (IRR) IN THE CONDUCT OF THE EMBRACE A LIFE, EMBRACE A COMMUNITY (COMMUNITY SERVICE)
IRR 1.0 IRR 1.1 General Guidelines This community service is a 6-month long nationwide program to be conducted by the regions across the country, preferably happening between August 2012 to February 2013. This program is open for all schools, colleges and universities who offer BS Accountancy program and other related courses, which are members of NFJPIA 2012-2013. Collaboration with public agencies is highly encouraged for better results. It is an adopt a community project. Regional Councils must choose one community that they will give service to and will help them for 6 months. Regional Council has the right on what and how to organize and execute the activity. Regional Council must submit Project Proposal on or before July 20, 2012. The said proposal is subject to national federations approval. The Project Proposal must contain the following: I. II. III. IRR 1.7 IRR 1.8 IRR 1.9 Proper documentation of this event must be done. Every region must submit a 3-5 minutes AVP. Every region must also submit an Accomplishment Report that will be composed of: (Soft Bound) I. II. III. IV. V. VI. VII. VIII. IX. Accomplishment Report must be in the size of 8.5x11 (short bond paper). A referral letter from a barangay official/s should be provided with their complete names, contact number and address. Attach it to the Accomplishment Report. Soft copies will be submitted 30 days before the 30th ANC and hard copies will be collected on the first day of the convention. Objectives It has always been NFJPIAs nature to lend a hand to the society and it plans to organize a program that would adopt a community (eg. Ethnic groups) and help this community in every possible way they can. It aims to make life better in rural front and utilize the skills and knowledge for deprived communities.
