Trail Building Day at Nalle Bunny
Run Wildlife Preserve
Join REI, Hill Country Conservancy and American
Yourthworks Environmental Corps for a FUN
workday at the Nalle Bunny Run Wildlife Preserve on
Lake Austin. Help us build our first trails that will
wind through five different ecosystems at this
pivotal preserve managed for water quality and the
endangered Golden-cheeked Warbler. The trail will
wander through mixed-juniper woodland, around a
wetland, past waterfalls, and even crest an overlook
beyond an ephemeral pond and Lake Austin.

Texas Nature Challenge
The goal of Texas Nature Challenge is to get families
and kids outdoors by visiting as many participating
parks and nature areas in Texas as they can this
summer. At each site, participants complete
activities designed for family fun and nature

Hands-on Intermediate Bike
Maintenance Basics
This intermediate-level class starts where Hands-on
Basics ends. Topics include basic rim brake and
derailleur adjustments. We also cover how to remove
