Job title: Gymnastics coach main roles /Responsibilities of job: He coaches a class every day of 6-8 or 7-10 year olds, he then also helps with other classes, then after he has finished his classes for the day he coaches boys after school for competition squads. Hes also in charge of training junior assistants and demonstrators by running a course on the spot training and appraisals. Impact / outcomes of youth involved in the sport in the area: improvements of the students who go there and participate, they go home every week satisfied with what they are doing and all have insurance just in case they hurt themselves.

There aims are to coach football at the best of their ability to people aged 11 and under, their aim is to build the self-confidence of their players and equip them with a high level of skill. With these firm foundations they will develop a love of sport and achieve their full potential in sport and beyond. Job title: Freelance coach Main roles /Responsibilities of job: open to take any year group or coaching opportunity for football, his main responsibilities would be to make sure the kids are playing in a safe environment and having fun. Impact / outcomes: allowing the children of bath to get a professional coach to teach them the rules and skills of football and improving them as a sports player, and improving their understanding of the etiquettes of sport.

AO4 Research- Mark Gunning Name: Mark Gunning Organisation name and description of their aims: SSco (school sports co-ordinator) , A School Sport Co-ordinator (SSCO) plays a leading role in the delivery of the Partnership Development Plan for the feeder primary schools in their Cluster. They support colleagues in the delivery of high quality PE and school sport and have a remit to increase sporting opportunities for pupils during out of school hours. They are responsible for the co-ordination and development of after school activities and local community links in their own school and partner primary schools. Job title: School sports co-ordinator Main roles /Responsibilities of job: Able to take any year group at all the primary schools linked at culverhay, he organises primary school festivals amongst Bath, hes the one who ensures that his set

up all goes according to plan. Impact and outcomes: kids involved get an overall good experience and get good sporting opportunities, as much as anything they are able to enjoy themselves and they can do this via playing sport.

Job Title: School sports senior competition manager Main roles/Responsibilities: The main roles and responsibilities of Lisa wood would be to provide schools with competitive sports games, wesport provide competitions for Somerset, north Somerset, Banes, Bristol, and South Gloucestershire. Impact and outcomes: Kids involved get the chance to show off their skills within competitions and can then perhaps get scouted or join a team via the competitions, theyre able to enjoy themselves and maybe due to the fact itd be a competitive sport they can work harder rather than when you play a friendly you dont try as hard. AO4 Research- Dave Burston: Name: Dave Burston Organisation name and description aims: Organisations aims are to Increase the number of young people (5 - 19) who spend up to 5 hours each week on high quality PE and School Sport within and beyond the curriculum', Dave Burstons personal aims are part of the national strategy that aims to improve the quality of PE, sport, teaching, coaching and learning. Job title: Partnership development manager Main roles/Responsibilities: To improve the quality of P.E for younger participants (aged 5-19), he also develops opportunities with Bath University, for grass roots participation. Impact and outcomes: Adolescents, teens and young children get more sporting opportunities than they usually would, and kids get improved learning opportunities.
