Impact and outcomes: Kids involved get the chance to show off their skills within competitions and can then perhaps get scouted or join a team via the competitions, theyre able to enjoy themselves and maybe due to the fact itd be a competitive sport they can work harder rather than when you play a friendly you dont try as hard. Job title: Partnership development manager Main roles/Responsibilities: To improve the quality of P.E for younger participants (aged 5-19), he also develops opportunities with Bath University, for grass roots participation. Impact and outcomes: Adolescents, teens and young children get more sporting opportunities than they usually would, and kids get improved learning opportunities.
