This form will be considered a LEGAL CONTRACT between you and RAK Airways. Please complete the details in English and write in CAPITAL LETTERES.

Conditions
Visa facility is available only to visitors flying on RAK Airways. Travel bookings can only be made with the RAK Airways sales centre. RAK Airways will not be responsible for rejection of the visa application by the UAE Immigration Authority. We require a minimum of 5-7 working days for processing the visa application. The visa will be valid for 59 days from date of issue. There is no refund of fee in case of inability to use the visa. For any reason if the ticket is fully or partly not utilized, no refund will be provided. The procedures / rules detailed here are for information only and are subject to change without prior notice. In case of immigration rejection, Visa fee will not be refunded.

Deposits:
A cash guarantee of AED 2000 and cheque deposit of AED 5,000 is required. This amount is refundable upon the departure of the visitor (see details below).

Refund of Guarantee Deposit (after departure of visitor on RAK Airways):

The applicant can claim the guarantee deposit only after the departure of the visitor from the UAE. The applicant must submit a clear passport copy securing the visitors departure (exit stamp), flight details and orginal receipt to obtain a refund of the guarantee deposit. The refund will be made on account payee cheque favouring the applicant only after 15 working days from the date of submission. Refund claims must be made within 2 months from the date of departure of the visitor. Any delay after this period could cause a rejection of the claim.

General
Visitors must not board the flight until the visa is approved and must carry a copy of the visa. RAK Airways will not be responsible for any fines or penalties that may be imposed on the visitor by the UAE Immigration Authority. Visitor must enter the UAE within 2 months from date of issue of the visa. Only single entry is allowed. Once the visitor departs from UAE, the visa will be automatically cancelled. The bearer of the Tourist visa is not allowed to work in the UAE. An overstay charge of AED 200 will be charged per person on the first day and additional AED 100 for every additional day of over stay.
