Responsibilities include achieving fund raising targets, donor management, member retention, and unit health goals while managing a staff of 25 commissioners and creating and delivering Training. Dramatically improved unit recharter performance to >85% in one day by instituting a recharter event providing value-add services to the units. This model has been adopted by the Council. Grew the number of boys that join Cub Scouts by 10% each year by creating a "Cub Fun Day".
