After suffering from years of anxiety, panic disorder, chronic stress, food intolerances, adrenal fatigue, and an auto-immune disease, she went on a journey to health - spending over ten years researching, experimenting, and finally figuring out all the unique tools she needed to heal herself naturally. Megan shares her healing work privately with one-on-one clients, and also empowers women on a global scale through her proprietary process called Rooted In Health. The Rooted In Health healing system empowers holistic-minded individuals with the knowledge and the simple mind-body tools they need to thrive.
