Conclusion
Nabil Bank a leading commercial bank, which has got a healthy working environment, well developed organizational culture and lots of respect for Information Communication Technology and its application was chosen for the internship. During my internship period, my responsibilities in the Nabil Bank Data center are network & hardware support, internal user support.

Lesson Learned
At Nabil Data Center the most important lesson I learnt is a commercial bank support personnel needs to broaden his/her views beyond techniques and technologies, an overall understanding of the business requirements, business process, and business goals is essential. As technology driven business products grow in the market, a technician-banker must adapt and implement new technologies to achieve the business goals. Nabil Bank has adopted a robust yet cost effective technology to connect its branches spread all over the Nepal.
