History of the company


Greet Technologies Pvt. Ltd started its operation in the year 2003, initially catering to the software requirements for 2 prestigious clients in Australia & Finland respectively. Headquartered in Bangalore, & backed by a team of tech savvy Directors, the company believes in a Total Solutions Approach' in all its areas of operation, be it software development or business process outsourcing services. The company has 4 years of expertise in the IT industry and is now in an expansion and diversification mode.

To cater to the growing market of the BPO sector, GTPL made a recent foray into the ITES with the launch of the Tally Technical Help Desk, catering to the Technical Support needs of Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd, which has developed Tally, India's best accounting software. Greet technologies, with this strategic project for its sister concern expects to leverage the best practices of both companies to set a benchmark in terms of quality and service in the industry.

A brief on Employee Life Cycle for Accounts Process Executive

Job Profile as an APE

To give on-line help to all Tally customers throught India right from passing of journal entries to finalisation of Balance Sheet.

It also includes giving solutions to customers on various statutory compliances like, Payroll, VAT,Service Tax,FBT & a host of other features

What do you learn during training?


Week-1:Introduction to Tally,Tally Versions and Releases,Tally products

Week-2:Creation of company,groups,ledgers & inventory management


Week-3:Advanced information in accounts & inventory management Week-4:Inventory Management, Purchase cycle and sales Cycle

Week-5:Cost center, Security control, budgets & scenario management


Week-6:Generating reports on inventory management Week-7:Concept of all Tax related modules,Vat 100, TDS, Service tax Report Generation
related to TDS and Service tax

Week-8:Payroll & synchornisation ,Telephone etiquette, tone & technique method

During the Training


Working hours that an employee shall work:
During training an employee shall attend the training from 9:30 am to 6:30pm.Employees shall have a total break of 1 hour during the day for both tea & lunch.

Working days that an employee shall attend during a week:


You shall be working from Monday to Saturday with Sunday as the Weekly Off

You could be working from either Monday to Saturday or from Sunday to Friday in a week.
