Multilynx is a Systems and networking solution providing company that came into existence in 1996 as a result of the entrepreneurial partnership between Mr. Nuaman Mazhar (Chief Executive) and Mr. Hamid Chaudhry (Principal Solution Architect).
In a time span of 14 years, Multilynx has made a remarkable growth and managed to achieve a respectable stature in Pakistans corporate sector and now Multilynx is recognized as an icon in Pakistani IT Sector.

Each shift contains 8 hours a day. Work Sharing Work sharing is not very common in our company. It exist very little.

RELATIONSHIP To build a good relationship with our employees we entertain them by different ways. Employee Engagement Celebrations We held different type of games and task competition among employees to enhance their abilities and to build a competition. Family Day We celebrate family day in our company by giving the opportunity to employees to bring their families together to build a good relationship. Children Day We also give a good opportunity to employees children to celebrate children day to build a good relationship. Birthday Celebrations We celebrate companys birthday and employees birthday as well to build a good relationship.

Organization must used succession planning for leadership or high level

position rather than looking for outside sources as they are more risky. HR manager must use a structured situational interview to get an in-depth and accurate knowledge about the interviewees. Training to employees is 8 hours that is not sufficient to cope up with the new advancement and needs of time so this time frame should be increased to increase the employees efficiency. Appraisal interviews are not being conducted in the organization but they play a key role in determining the capabilities and weak points of employee and for taking corrective actions as well. Pay plans are not revised according to the current need and employees are not that much satisfied with it especially low level or technical staff is not that much satisfied. Benefits are provided and are sufficient as PEL give more benefits than most of the organization do.
