Used a two phase implementation Transferred existing CRM functionality (service, sales and partner channel management) to the new release over a 3 month time period After short period for evaluation and stabilization, they configured to support additional customer service process

IT team used the SAP Net Weaver Master Data Management component to cleanse and harmonize master data before transferring it to the new environment
