SUGGESTIONS & RECOMMENDATION

Need of on-line demat facility from the bank.

Bank should also provide ATM, Phone Banking and Net-Banking.

It is also required to increase working hours because it creates very good image in the mind of the people. RNSB must have to adopt new and advance technology, by this adoption bank can provide better quality service and process and saving of time. To improve efficiency of employees , a full fledged training centre for the benefits of the employees should be established.

CONCLUSION
As each and every beginning has an end, in the same ways each and every introduction has a conclusion. I am thank full and express my gratitude to all those who has directly or indirectly co operated me in preparation of my project report and suggested some new ideas. RNSB is well and truly set on the path of becoming a sampurna rashtra . The bank has undertaken other initiatives that would help it, achieve its wide aspirations. In co operative sector, the opportunities are enormous and to capitalize on these opportunities. It is important to have a wide network, strong structure, strong knowledge, excellent official skills, sound and regulatory policy with its passion for innovations, commitment for the new services and corporate philosophy build healthier communication. The bank plans to guide its efforts in creating a sampurna rashtras bank. Finally, I can say that under the guidance of efficient management and extremely dedicated human resources, I wish and predict all great success in its endeavors to Rajkot Nagrik Sahakari Bank.
