1. Background: - Provide guidelines that all members can operate by in the meeting. - The group check meeting process & maintain the rules.
2. Purpose: Provide operating context & define some of the new expectations of the culture change. 3. Products: 4. Word definition: Guidelines which participants agree to follow to achieve the meeting purpose. 5. Examples: - One person speaks at a time. - Listen carefully before responding - Always monitor the scribes work. - No smoking in the meeting room. - No rank in the meeting. - Start on time/ end on time.
