Gives a sense of belonging People will agree, the feeling of being recognized or accepted is a great feeling- one that will last forever You can be the reason for that feeling Develops a higher level of self-confidence, sense of accomplishment, and acceptance amongst peers. Recognition isnt rocket science; it is the obvious thing to do
