1. Observations made 30th October 2012 2. Emersons Green Shopping Centre (Bristol, UK) 3. My wife was worried about me taking so long buying only a few things 4. Got some funny looks from passers by and fellow shoppers. 5. Didnt take any pictures of the Subway store though it smelt great. 6. Much free parking available at this out of town complex. 7. Car washing service available (while you shop) 8. Sainsbury's shopping trolleys dominate one side of the car; much busier than the other. 9. Kids Skateboard park also very close to the site. 10. Sainsbury's petrol station also on site. 11. Bus stop for several buses simultaneously at the edge of the site.

OBSERVATION needs PRACTICE; PRACTICE makes PERMANENT.

Messy yet functional WHY NOT SELL THE BRANDED TROLLEY TOKENS IN STORE?

Like a trusty old pair of slippers, OUR local / favourite supermarket Staff on hand; at the tills and around the store Though slightly cold in store; floors are hard, light and generally clean Staff are always engaging and are fully briefed on what is where (within the store) Seasonal offers are close to the front doors Though self service tills exist and have been increased in numbers over the years, more could be done to encourage increased usage and engagement.
